OUR FITNESS CENTER

3,000m2 for more than 150 weekly supervised classes

Located within the Rafa Nadal Club facilities, our Fitness Center is a center of more than 3.000m2, equipped with the latest generation Technogym machinery. We offer more than 150 weekly directed classes, including some Les Mills classes such as Body Pump and BodyCombat, as well as HBX Boxing and Zumba, and our own proposal of Full workouts: Full Tono, Full Strong, etc. The proposal is completed with Cyclo sessions and other disciplines. It also has a 25-meter indoor semi-Olympic saltwater pool (6 lanes), a heated indoor warm-up and initiation pool and an outdoor pool.

It has a large team of top trainers and instructors and is equipped with state-of-the-art sports technology. All Fitness members receive an initial interview completely free of charge with a personalized start-up plan in which one of the center’s trainers will design a program adapted to your physical characteristics and goals. You will start training safely and effectively from day one.

Personal Training

It is a service we offer to all those who wish to improve their general or specific physical condition, to achieve goals ranging from health to high performance.

They are training sessions "1 to 1" for the client to obtain the greatest benefit, performing the exercises safely, effectively and reducing the risk of injury, with the continuous supervision of the trainer.

Depending on the goal you want to achieve the client will prepare customized training sessions and choose the machines and materials used to maximize positive results.

Fitness Room

The fitness room has the latest generation Technogym equipment, in which through your Rafa Nadal Club APP you can control all those moves you make during your sessions and you can customize your training according to your personal goal. This room also has a weight training area and a stretching area.

Cyclo Room

Our indoor cycling area with about 50 Technogym machinery bikes of the latest generation prepared for training accompanied by changing musical rhythms that will make you improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity.

Room 2

Multi-purpose room of 185 square meters where group activities are held.

Room 3

Multipurpose room of 170 square meters where collective activities are carried out. In addition, this room is also used for suspension classes.

Omnia Room

Multipurpose room of 80 square meters where Full Circuit classes and personal training sessions are held.

  • To access the inside of the enclosure is mandatory to enter through the specific accesses and pass the card or key through the access control. The card or key is personal and non-transferable (lending it will result in the cancellation of the holder). Its loss or deterioration will imply the purchase of a new one.
  • It is mandatory to always use the changing rooms to change, as it is not allowed to do so in any other part of the facilities.

ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

  • The first payment must be made in cash or by credit card at the reception desk at the time of registration.
  • The following payments will be paid by direct debit between the 1st and 5th of each current month.
  • If you wish to make the monthly payment in cash or by credit card at the reception desk, there will be a supplement of 5€ for administrative costs.
  • The charge for a returned receipt is approximately €4.50, according to the rate imposed by the corresponding bank, which must be paid with the monthly payment from the 5th to the 25th of the corresponding month in cash or by credit card at the reception desk. If the amount is not paid after this date, the subscriber will be cancelled and will lose the rights of place and registration.
  • Swimming course fees are payable monthly in September and quarterly from October, January and April. The charges will be made between the 1st and the 5th of the month by direct debit or credit card and if the payment is in cash or card at reception there will be a supplement of 5 € / month.
  • If you leave the swimming course before the end of the term, the fee will not be refunded.

 

DIVESTITURES AND MODIFICATIONS

  • In case you want to unsubscribe, you must notify before the 25th day of the month prior to the month in which the cancellation is requested. This procedure can be done at the reception, signing the cancellation form, or in writing via email info@rafanadalclub.com or whatsapp 971171675; indicating the full name and ID number.
  • At the end of the contract, you can return the access key and recover the deposit. Cards are non-refundable.
  • The fact of unsubscribing implies the loss of the registration fee and the rights acquired as a member.
  • The subscriber may change the type of fee and bank details provided that he/she communicates this before the 25th day of the month prior to the month in which the change is requested.
  • If unable to attend for a month, the subscriber may request a leave of absence fee which maintains the tuition. This must be requested by the 25th of the month prior to the month in which the change is requested.
  • In the quarterly payment mode, it is NOT possible to take a leave of absence or leave of absence during the paid period. It can only be done in cases of force majeure.
  • In the event that force majeure credit is authorized, such credit shall be valid for a maximum of one year from the date of the leave of absence.
  • It is considered a case of force majeure:

BEHAVIORAL NORMS

  • For the benefit of all, it is necessary that users behave in an appropriate civic manner.
  • Repeated misbehavior/misuse of the facilities at the discretion of the center, lack of respect or aggression to staff or repeated breaches of these rules, may result in temporary or permanent cancellation as a subscriber of the center, without the right to a refund of any amount paid in advance. The center reserves the right of admission.

Swimming pool

  • The user who has contracted the pool fee is entitled to use the indoor heated pool. The outdoor pool is for the exclusive use of clients of the Sport Residence.
  • The pool must be accessed with swimsuit, bathing cap and flip-flops. It is also mandatory to remove make-up and shower before entering the pool.
  • In the free use lanes, it is necessary to swim always driving on the right.

Not allowed:

  • Running on the pool beach and always follow the instructions of the lifeguards and the facility staff.
  • Crossing the lanes, as it may disrupt the activity of other users.
  • Access to the bathing area with street clothes or footwear, except for specific visits authorized by reception and with specific footwear protectors.
  • It is not allowed to play in the pool at times not established for this purpose, nor the use of any material (inflatable balls or other objects that may pose a risk or nuisance to other users).
  • Access is forbidden to persons suffering from infectious diseases, with an open wound or with skin problems and infections.
  • Admission for children under 12 years of age if not accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age).
  • Smoking or eating.
  • The entry of animals, except for guide dogs
  • Insert glass objects.
  • The use of music devices.
  • Making topples and the use of thongs.

It is mandatory:

  • Respect the safety standards of the facilities.
  • Respect other users.
  • Make use of the garbage cans.
  • The use of a special diaper for water in children under 3 years of age, as well as a cap.
  • The spaces for the different activities (members, courses, aquagym…) must be respected.

Swimming courses

  • Swimming courses begin the first week of September and end the last week of June. There are no classes on holidays and there is no make-up time.
  • Access is through the turnstiles at the reception and you have 15 minutes before the beginning to enter and 15 minutes after the end to leave. The duration of the courses is 30 minutes for babies and 45 minutes from three years old.
  • Access must always be granted with the trainee’s personal card.
  • Each minor trainee may be accompanied by an adult in the locker room.
  • The adult will not be able to access the pool, except in case of babies, the person in charge will call the trainees at the time of the course and will deliver them at the end of the course in the corresponding changing room.
  • The age for the use of the children’s locker room is from 3 to 8 years old, both included, from 9 years old onwards they go alone to the adult locker room.
  • Babies will use the adult changing room, as the adult must get into the water with them.
  • Eating in the locker rooms is prohibited.
  • The use of diving goggles is recommended, as well as the use of neoprene if convenient.
  • Swimming cap and flip-flops are mandatory.
  • Mandatory water diaper for babies still wearing diapers.

Fitness and Directed Room

  • For use by persons over 16 years of age.
  • It is recommended to arrive on time to classes out of respect for other users and to avoid the risk of injury.

Not allowed:

  • It is not permitted to enter the rooms with sports bags or large bags.
  • The use of flip-flops or Muscle Shirt.
  • Throwing the material abruptly to the ground.
  • Eating in the rooms.
  • Raising the tone of voice in such a way that it disturbs other users.
  • It is not allowed to conduct personal or group trainings to people who do not belong to the team hired by Rafa Nadal Club.

It is mandatory:

  • Use of towel, comfortable clothes and sneakers suitable for the activity.
  • Collect and clean the material used, weights, accessories, etc.

Pilates Machines

  • Reservation of a place in a group: the student will only be able to attend the activity at the time and on the day he/she has registered.
  • Clothing: comfortable clothes, towel and water bottle are recommended.
  • Classes that are not attended by the student or that coincide with a holiday will not be made up.

Yoga & Pilates Studio

  • Take care of the space, order and materials. At the end of the activity, it is necessary to disinfect and tidy up the elements used, placing them in their corresponding place.
  • Respect the instructor in his professional performance. The right of admission is reserved in case of breaking into class later than the first 5 minutes of courtesy, for the benefit of the group and respect for the rest of the students. Likewise, if the instructor considers that you would put your health at risk by participating in the activity, he/she may deny you entry for your own safety.
  • Please be punctual at the beginning of the guided activities. Once the first 5 minutes are exceeded, you will not be able to attend the class, and it will be marked as an absence.
  • The use of towel and appropriate sportswear is mandatory. For hygienic reasons, it is recommended to wear non-slip socks, and each student should bring his or her own mat.
  • Pilates Machine Pilates fixed group classes are not recoverable in case of non-attendance. Holidays will not be reimbursed, since they are naturally compensated with the months that have 5 weeks. In both cases, the Yoga & Pilates Studio member is paying full monthly fees and not bonuses for number of classes.
  • In the Studio hall it is necessary to be quiet in order to respect the preceding class that is ending. Enter and leave the room calmly, respecting the quietness of the other students and activities.
  • The second door, next to room 3, will be used as the entrance door to room 2, and the first door, next to room 1, will be used as the exit door.
  • During the class, please turn off any device (cell phone, Smartwatch, or similar) that may emit sounds and interrupt the activity.
  • We want our Studio to be a place of inclusion, well-being and calm; a space to share and enjoy what we love. Ask yourself what you can humbly contribute from your person to favor it.
  • Before performing an activity, students must communicate to the center any information that should be taken into account about the health of the Yoga & Pilates Studio member. Remember that, if you suffer from any injury and / or particular condition, it is MANDATORY to have authorization from the doctor or professional of reference, or allowing the realization of the activities. Yoga & Pilates Studio and its instructors are NOT responsible for possible injuries caused by poor execution of the exercises, by the recklessness of a student or incorrect use of the proposed material.
  • If you are pregnant, congratulations! We will be happy to make you feel better with our classes. For safety reasons, always inform your instructor before the class begins and follow their recommendations or adaptations of the proposed exercises. Also, remember that you must be authorized by your gynecologist and/or midwife to take classes.

Changing rooms and showers

  • The use of the changing rooms is mandatory. Access is exclusively for people using the facility.
  • It is recommended not to bring valuables to the facility.
  • For hygienic reasons, shaving or depilation is strictly forbidden and the changing rooms must be left in the best possible condition.
  • Garbage cans should be used to dispose of hair, empty containers, papers, etc.
  • The maximum age for a child to enter the locker room with an adult of the opposite sex is 6 years old.

Lockers

  • Free daily use and rotation lockers are available for users, which can be used by linking the access card or key.
  • Lockers must be left empty once the user is leaving the facility. Every night the lockers that are in daily use will be opened and the objects found will be removed.
  • If you have problems with opening or closing the lock, the front desk staff should be notified.
  • Food cannot be left in the lockers.
  • The facility has lockers for rent.
  • In the case of a rental locker, the user is responsible for the proper use and hygienic maintenance of the locker.

 

SPA REGULATIONS

  • Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter.
  • The use of cell phones is not allowed in the hydrothermal area.
  • It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit or bikini and flip-flops.
  • It is mandatory to wear a bathing cap for the use of the different pools.
  • The use of a towel in the sauna is mandatory.
  • Out of respect for other users, please keep a moderate tone of voice.
  • We recommend not to use the spa in case of: pregnancy up to the 3rd month, for risky pregnancies you should consult your doctor; severe or uncontrolled hypertension; severe hypotension; infectious skin diseases; cardiovascular alterations without your doctor’s consent; recent bypass.
  • Alcohol may not be consumed on the premises.
  • Maximum capacity 20 people.

  • If you wish to cancel or change an appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance (for gift vouchers, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance). Otherwise, 50% of the value of the treatment will be charged. In case of no-show or no notice, 100% will be charged.

Fitness Room

The fitness room has the latest generation Technogym equipment, in which through your Rafa Nadal Club APP you can control all those moves you make during your sessions and you can customize your training according to your personal goal. This room also has a weight training area and a stretching area.

Cyclo Room

Our indoor cycling area with about 50 Technogym machinery bikes of the latest generation prepared for training accompanied by changing musical rhythms that will make you improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity.

Room 2

Multi-purpose room of 185 square meters where group activities are held.

Room 3

Multipurpose room of 170 square meters where collective activities are carried out. In addition, this room is also used for suspension classes.

Omnia Room

Multipurpose room of 80 square meters where Full Circuit classes and personal training sessions are held.

Soccer Zone

Internal Regulations

GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE FACILITIES

  • Opening hours:
    • Monday to Friday 07:00 to 22:00
    • Saturday 08:00 to 21:00
    • Sundays and holidays 09:00 to 18:00
  • Half an hour before closing time, entry will no longer be allowed and fifteen minutes before closing time the training spaces must be vacated for closing.
  • SPA Schedule
    • Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00
    • Saturday 09:00 to 20:00
    • Sundays and public holidays: 09:00 to 17:00
  • To access the inside of the enclosure is mandatory to enter through the specific accesses and pass the card or key through the access control. The card or key is personal and non-transferable (lending it will result in the cancellation of the holder). Its loss or deterioration will imply the purchase of a new one.
  • It is mandatory to always use the changing rooms to change, as it is not allowed to do so in any other part of the facilities.

ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

  • The first payment must be made in cash or by credit card at the reception desk at the time of registration.
  • The following payments will be paid by direct debit between the 1st and 5th of each current month.
  • If you wish to make the monthly payment in cash or by credit card at the reception desk, there will be a supplement of 5€ for administrative costs.
  • The charge for a returned receipt is approximately €4.50, according to the rate imposed by the corresponding bank, which must be paid with the monthly payment from the 5th to the 25th of the corresponding month in cash or by credit card at the reception desk. If the amount is not paid after this date, the subscriber will be cancelled and will lose the rights of place and registration.
  • Swimming course fees are payable monthly in September and quarterly from October, January and April. The charges will be made between the 1st and the 5th of the month by direct debit or credit card and if the payment is in cash or card at reception there will be a supplement of 5 € / month.
  • If you leave the swimming course before the end of the term, the fee will not be refunded.

 

DIVESTITURES AND MODIFICATIONS

  • In case you want to unsubscribe, you must notify before the 25th day of the month prior to the month in which the cancellation is requested. This procedure can be done at the reception, signing the cancellation form, or in writing via email info@rafanadalclub.com or whatsapp 971171675; indicating the full name and ID number.
  • At the end of the contract, you can return the access key and recover the deposit. Cards are non-refundable.
  • The fact of unsubscribing implies the loss of the registration fee and the rights acquired as a member.
  • The subscriber may change the type of fee and bank details provided that he/she communicates this before the 25th day of the month prior to the month in which the change is requested.
  • If unable to attend for a month, the subscriber may request a leave of absence fee which maintains the tuition. This must be requested by the 25th of the month prior to the month in which the change is requested.
  • In the quarterly payment mode, it is NOT possible to take a leave of absence or leave of absence during the paid period. It can only be done in cases of force majeure.
  • In the event that force majeure credit is authorized, such credit shall be valid for a maximum of one year from the date of the leave of absence.
  • It is considered a case of force majeure:
    • Illness or injury that entails a prolonged sick leave of at least 1 month of duration for the full member, having to provide the corresponding medical certificate.

BEHAVIORAL NORMS

  • For the benefit of all, it is necessary that users behave in an appropriate civic manner.
  • Repeated misbehavior/misuse of the facilities at the discretion of the center, lack of respect or aggression to staff or repeated breaches of these rules, may result in temporary or permanent cancellation as a subscriber of the center, without the right to a refund of any amount paid in advance. The center reserves the right of admission.

Swimming pool

  • The user who has contracted the pool fee is entitled to use the indoor heated pool. The outdoor pool is for the exclusive use of clients of the Sport Residence.
  • The pool must be accessed with swimsuit, bathing cap and flip-flops. It is also mandatory to remove make-up and shower before entering the pool.
  • In the free use lanes, it is necessary to swim always driving on the right.

Not allowed:

  • Running on the pool beach and always follow the instructions of the lifeguards and the facility staff.
  • Crossing the lanes, as it may disrupt the activity of other users.
  • Access to the bathing area with street clothes or footwear, except for specific visits authorized by reception and with specific footwear protectors.
  • It is not allowed to play in the pool at times not established for this purpose, nor the use of any material (inflatable balls or other objects that may pose a risk or nuisance to other users).
  • Access is forbidden to persons suffering from infectious diseases, with an open wound or with skin problems and infections.
  • Admission for children under 12 years of age if not accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age).
  • Smoking or eating.
  • The entry of animals, except for guide dogs
  • Insert glass objects.
  • The use of music devices.
  • Making topples and the use of thongs.

It is mandatory:

  • Respect the safety standards of the facilities.
  • Respect other users.
  • Make use of the garbage cans.
  • The use of a special diaper for water in children under 3 years of age, as well as a cap.
  • The spaces for the different activities (members, courses, aquagym…) must be respected.

Swimming courses

  • Swimming courses begin the first week of September and end the last week of June. There are no classes on holidays and there is no make-up time.
  • Access is through the turnstiles at the reception and you have 15 minutes before the beginning to enter and 15 minutes after the end to leave. The duration of the courses is 30 minutes for babies and 45 minutes from three years old.
  • Access must always be granted with the trainee’s personal card.
  • Each minor trainee may be accompanied by an adult in the locker room.
  • The adult will not be able to access the pool, except in case of babies, the person in charge will call the trainees at the time of the course and will deliver them at the end of the course in the corresponding changing room.
  • The age for the use of the children’s locker room is from 3 to 8 years old, both included, from 9 years old onwards they go alone to the adult locker room.
  • Babies will use the adult changing room, as the adult must get into the water with them.
  • Eating in the locker rooms is prohibited.
  • The use of diving goggles is recommended, as well as the use of neoprene if convenient.
  • Swimming cap and flip-flops are mandatory.
  • Mandatory water diaper for babies still wearing diapers.

Fitness and Directed Room

  • For use by persons over 16 years of age.
  • It is recommended to arrive on time to classes out of respect for other users and to avoid the risk of injury.

Not allowed:

  • It is not permitted to enter the rooms with sports bags or large bags.
  • The use of flip-flops or Muscle Shirt.
  • Throwing the material abruptly to the ground.
  • Eating in the rooms.
  • Raising the tone of voice in such a way that it disturbs other users.
  • It is not allowed to conduct personal or group trainings to people who do not belong to the team hired by Rafa Nadal Club.

It is mandatory:

  • Use of towel, comfortable clothes and sneakers suitable for the activity.
  • Collect and clean the material used, weights, accessories, etc.

Pilates Machines

  • Reservation of a place in a group: the student will only be able to attend the activity at the time and on the day he/she has registered.
  • Clothing: comfortable clothes, towel and water bottle are recommended.
  • Classes that are not attended by the student or that coincide with a holiday will not be made up.

Yoga & Pilates Studio

  • Take care of the space, order and materials. At the end of the activity, it is necessary to disinfect and tidy up the elements used, placing them in their corresponding place.
  • Respect the instructor in his professional performance. The right of admission is reserved in case of breaking into class later than the first 5 minutes of courtesy, for the benefit of the group and respect for the rest of the students. Likewise, if the instructor considers that you would put your health at risk by participating in the activity, he/she may deny you entry for your own safety.
  • Please be punctual at the beginning of the guided activities. Once the first 5 minutes are exceeded, you will not be able to attend the class, and it will be marked as an absence.
  • The use of towel and appropriate sportswear is mandatory. For hygienic reasons, it is recommended to wear non-slip socks, and each student should bring his or her own mat.
  • Pilates Machine Pilates fixed group classes are not recoverable in case of non-attendance. Holidays will not be reimbursed, since they are naturally compensated with the months that have 5 weeks. In both cases, the Yoga & Pilates Studio member is paying full monthly fees and not bonuses for number of classes.
  • In the Studio hall it is necessary to be quiet in order to respect the preceding class that is ending. Enter and leave the room calmly, respecting the quietness of the other students and activities.
  • The second door, next to room 3, will be used as the entrance door to room 2, and the first door, next to room 1, will be used as the exit door.
  • During the class, please turn off any device (cell phone, Smartwatch, or similar) that may emit sounds and interrupt the activity.
  • We want our Studio to be a place of inclusion, well-being and calm; a space to share and enjoy what we love. Ask yourself what you can humbly contribute from your person to favor it.
  • Before performing an activity, students must communicate to the center any information that should be taken into account about the health of the Yoga & Pilates Studio member. Remember that, if you suffer from any injury and / or particular condition, it is MANDATORY to have authorization from the doctor or professional of reference, or allowing the realization of the activities. Yoga & Pilates Studio and its instructors are NOT responsible for possible injuries caused by poor execution of the exercises, by the recklessness of a student or incorrect use of the proposed material.
  • If you are pregnant, congratulations! We will be happy to make you feel better with our classes. For safety reasons, always inform your instructor before the class begins and follow their recommendations or adaptations of the proposed exercises. Also, remember that you must be authorized by your gynecologist and/or midwife to take classes.

Changing rooms and showers

  • The use of the changing rooms is mandatory. Access is exclusively for people using the facility.
  • It is recommended not to bring valuables to the facility.
  • For hygienic reasons, shaving or depilation is strictly forbidden and the changing rooms must be left in the best possible condition.
  • Garbage cans should be used to dispose of hair, empty containers, papers, etc.
  • The maximum age for a child to enter the locker room with an adult of the opposite sex is 6 years old.

Lockers

  • Free daily use and rotation lockers are available for users, which can be used by linking the access card or key.
  • Lockers must be left empty once the user is leaving the facility. Every night the lockers that are in daily use will be opened and the objects found will be removed.
  • If you have problems with opening or closing the lock, the front desk staff should be notified.
  • Food cannot be left in the lockers.
  • The facility has lockers for rent.
  • In the case of a rental locker, the user is responsible for the proper use and hygienic maintenance of the locker.

 

SPA REGULATIONS

  • Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter.
  • The use of cell phones is not allowed in the hydrothermal area.
  • It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit or bikini and flip-flops.
  • It is mandatory to wear a bathing cap for the use of the different pools.
  • The use of a towel in the sauna is mandatory.
  • Out of respect for other users, please keep a moderate tone of voice.
  • We recommend not to use the spa in case of: pregnancy up to the 3rd month, for risky pregnancies you should consult your doctor; severe or uncontrolled hypertension; severe hypotension; infectious skin diseases; cardiovascular alterations without your doctor’s consent; recent bypass.
  • Alcohol may not be consumed on the premises.
  • Maximum capacity 20 people.
  • In the case of booking treatments you can do so through the phone number and whatsapp (+34) 971 25 80 90 or email beautyspa@rafanadalclub.com.
  • If you wish to cancel or change an appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance (for gift vouchers, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance). Otherwise, 50% of the value of the treatment will be charged. In case of no-show or no notice, 100% will be charged.

Through the implementation of this methodology, the coaches of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar prepare young players to immerse themselves in the future of tennis by applying personalized training systems combined with the characteristics that have marked Rafa and his winning spirit.

For this reason, special emphasis is placed on the development of the following skills and aptitudes. On the one hand, the improvement of the technique through the strokes and the supports. On the other hand, the conception of the game through tactics, competitive mentality and knowing how to learn from victories and defeats through emotional management, humility, respect and good predisposition and body language. And finally, the increase of intensity through mobility and anticipation, concentration and effort and the ability to overcome.

The Academy’s technical team in charge of implementing this methodology is directed by Toni Nadal and coordinated by the Head Coaches: Marc Gorriz, Joan Bosch and Gabriel Urpí. Under his supervision, the Lead Coaches lead each of the groups of players divided by level and age.

This methodology is also applied to the training sessions of the Padel school, adapting it to the characteristics of this sport. The Padel school has a specific technical team, with extensive experience in the preparation of players in basic, amateur and professional categories.

Through the implementation of this methodology, the coaches of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar prepare young players to immerse themselves in the future of tennis by applying personalized training systems combined with the characteristics that have marked Rafa and his winning spirit.
